The people behind the programs

Our story

Bryter Training brings together academic research, workplace experience and practical facilitation. Our programs are researched, designed and delivered by us.

We created Bryter because organisations invest significant time and money in development, yet the same problems often continue.

Training can be enjoyable, informative and professionally delivered while still failing to influence what happens afterwards. We wanted to create something more deliberate: programs with a clear purpose, connected research, realistic application and a plan for what happens next.

That intention became the By Design suite.

Researchers and practitioners

We hold advanced qualifications across business, leadership, learning and educational neuroscience.

We conduct ongoing academic and workplace research, publish peer-reviewed work in international journals and are undertaking doctoral research into emotional literacy and emotional granularity in the workplace.

We also bring practical experience across commercial, regulated and people-focused environments. This combination allows us to understand the research in depth while translating it into experiences that are relevant, engaging and useful.

Academic Philanthropy & Open Science

Bryter's foundation is built on a deep commitment to academic integrity. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the founders launched an open-source initiative to support the next generation of researchers, students, and leaders.

By providing free critical thinking frameworks, referencing guides, and academic tools, this initiative has generated over 420,000 views and directly supported more than 70,000 individuals globally. They continue to offer free mentoring to university students undertaking advanced study.

Today, that same commitment to objective data and behavioural science drives our corporate architectures, ensuring that every intervention we design is grounded in peer-reviewed evidence rather than industry fads.
