Research-based leadership system design and operational architecture.

Our Programs

The Neuro-Logic®  Architecture Suite

Neuro-Logic® is the proprietary research foundation that underpins Bryter Training’s flagship programs. Rather than delivering disconnected workshops or borrowed frameworks, Neuro-Logic® is a coherent system of research, models, and language developed through:

• Peer-reviewed academic research

• Applied testing in complex, regulated environments

• Active PhD research into leadership, prediction, and behaviour

All Neuro-Logic® programs draw from the same core research base and architectural logic. This ensures consistency, integration, and cumulative impact.

Flagship Neuro-Logic® Programs

These programs are fixed flagship architectures. They are contextually adapted to align with organisational realities, but the underlying research, models, and structure remain intact.

Leadership Architecture

Designing systems that drive performance, safety, and results

This program reframes leadership as a system, not a set of traits or behaviours. Participants learn how to utilise the C5 Diagnostic to evaluate systems before evaluating people, shifting from downstream repair to upstream system design.

  • Format: 1- or 2-day executive engagement

  • Audience: Mid-level leaders, senior leaders, executives, boards

Psychosocial Leadership Architecture (PLA)

Reducing psychosocial risk through system design and governance.

Psychosocial hazards are a formal legal and governance obligation. PLA reframes this risk as an emergent property of leadership systems and work design, not an individual or behavioural issue. We help organisations address psychosocial harm at the source to meet Fair Work Act obligations and design legally defensible leadership systems to prevent Avoidable Employee Harm (AEH).

  • Format: 1- or 2-day executive engagement

  • Audience: Leaders, executives, and boards responsible for risk and governance

Predictive Leadership

Understanding how prediction, uncertainty, and threat shape behaviour.

Grounded in contemporary neuroscience and Constructed Emotion Theory, this program explores how leaders unconsciously shape outcomes. Because the brain functions as a prediction engine managing a metabolic budget, resistance is a biological defence mechanism against prediction error. Leaders learn to improve decision quality and lead change without escalating resistance.

  • Format: 1- or 2-day executive engagement

  • Audience: Senior leaders, executives, change leaders

Architecture of Influence (Advanced Questioning)

Shaping decisions through precision questioning and influence.

This program addresses the "Rationality Gap"—why stakeholders agree with logic but fail to change behaviour. Grounded in neuroscience, it treats influence as a predictive biological process, equipping commercial teams to diagnose exactly where resistance originates (Past Ghosts, Present Shields, or Future Doom Loops) and reduce decision friction without manipulation.

  • Format: 1- or 2-day executive engagement

  • Audience: Sales leaders, account managers, commercial teams

The Cost of Leadership System Failure

Independent research across workforce health, organisational psychology, and safety consistently shows that for a 50-person organisation, the combined cost of poorly designed leadership and work systems can exceed $1.1 million per year.

These costs typically accumulate across:

Attrition and replacement

Recruitment, onboarding, and time-to-productivity loss.

Absenteeism and presenteeism

Lost output from stress-related absence and reduced cognitive capacity.

Performance drag and repeated work

Rework, decision delays, and conflict escalation.

Psychosocial injury and claims exposure

Direct claim costs, legal time, and extended recovery periods.

Management and remediation overhead

Performance management, investigations, and downstream HR involvement.

In most organisations, these costs are diffuse, untracked, and accepted as “the cost of doing business,” despite being driven by predictable leadership and work-design decisions.

The Investment Logic

When these costs are viewed as the downstream effects of leadership decisions, the investment logic becomes straightforward. Bryter Training’s flagship architectures are designed to intervene upstream—at the level where decisions, accountability, and signals are formed. Against the recurring annual costs associated with attrition, performance drag, and psychosocial risk, an investment in research-based system architecture represents a modest intervention with compounding financial and regulatory returns over time.

The ROI is significant.

Other Services (Outside Neuro-Logic®)

In addition to our flagship architectures, Bryter offers selected services that support capability and implementation but are not positioned as Neuro-Logic® programs. These include:

  • Coaching (GROW and other established models)

  • Feedback and performance facilitation

  • Training needs analysis and capability diagnostics

  • Short key-note or interactive conference sessions

  • Internal training uplift, regulatory alignment, and bespoke training options
