Our Story
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
The founders, Peter Butko and Bryce Jardine, left their senior corporate roles in HR, training, and commercial development across global industries to build something different. They founded Bryter Training Pty Ltd to bring deeper, evidence-based learning to teams - grounded in neuroscience, strategy, and real human insight.

When COVID-19 pandemic hit, live training stopped, contracts disappeared, and the Melbourne lockdown began. Armed with an iPhone, they launched a YouTube channel—sharing insights on leadership, workplace learning, and organisational culture.
Over time, they reached more than 400,000 viewers, helped over 70,000 people with academic referencing, and supported 20,000 more with HR and workplace culture guidance.
Their work is now focused on integrating behavioural science, educational neuroscience, and people strategy into organisational development. From facilitating strategic culture change, to leading cross-industry programs in leadership, change, marketing and sales, their mission is to help organisations create measurable, sustainable performance through learning that actually sticks.
They are both published authors in international business journals, and deeply involved in ongoing research and applying it to client work to build smarter, human-centred solutions.
